This page explains, in plain language, who operates siditools.com, what we sell, how our business earns money, and what we do — and do not — offer. It complements our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Who we are

Axeon Technologies FZCO is a software company. Our products are marketed under the brands “SidiTools” (this site) and “TwinPeaks | trade + educate” (tpte.de, trading education). Both brands are operated by the same legal entity identified above — there is no third party behind either name.
2. What we build and sell
SidiFootprint is a footprint / order-flow charting indicator for the NinjaTrader 8 desktop trading platform, with 910+ configuration options (stacked imbalances, absorption detection, naked VPOC and more). It is part of the wider Sidi tool suite — charting and market-analysis add-ons for NinjaTrader 8, including volume levels, interval levels, chart trading utilities, swing tools, bar types and an economic calendar.
All products are analysis software: they visualize market data inside the customer’s own NinjaTrader installation. They do not place trades on anyone’s behalf, do not generate buy/sell signals, and do not connect to customer funds.
3. How our business works
- Free trial, email only. Visitors can register for a free 14-day demo of the Sidi tool suite with their name and email address. No credit card, no phone number, and no payment details are required or requested at any point of the trial.
- License purchase via Freemius. Customers who want to keep using the tools buy a license at the published price through Freemius, Inc., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Checkout, payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes are handled entirely on Freemius’ secure checkout — payment data never touches our servers.
- License delivery & updates. Licenses are activated for the customer’s NinjaTrader installation; updates and support are included per our Terms & Conditions.
That is the entire model: software licenses at published prices, plus educational content. We do not monetize user data, we run no affiliate checkout flows on this site, and we hold or manage no customer funds.
4. Distribution & platform relationship
- Our tools are listed in the official NinjaTrader Ecosystem: ninjatraderecosystem.com/product/sidifootprint. Listings there are published after review by NinjaTrader.
- SidiFootprint and the Sidi suite are independent third-party add-ons. NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC, which is not the developer of our software and is not responsible for it. We do not claim any endorsement by NinjaTrader or any other third party.
- Digital deliverables (installers) are signed with an official code-signing certificate issued to Axeon Technologies FZCO, so customers can verify the publisher before installing.
5. What we are not
- We are not a financial services provider, broker, exchange or investment adviser.
- We provide no investment advice, no trading signals, no portfolio or fund management, and we never execute trades on a customer’s behalf.
- We never ask for credentials, account numbers or payment details on our pages — demo registration requires an email address only, and payments happen exclusively on Freemius’ checkout.
- We make no profit promises. Trading futures and other instruments carries substantial risk of loss; our software visualizes market data and our content is educational.
6. Customer care
- Support: siditools.com/support and mail@siditools.com — staffed support with a public knowledge base.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled through Freemius as Merchant of Record, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
- Trial without commitment: the 14-day demo expires on its own — no cancellation required, no payment method on file.
7. Data & advertising transparency
Demo registration collects name and email address; usage of this website is measured with the analytics and advertising tags disclosed in our Privacy Policy (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel). We do not sell personal data. Advertising for our products links exclusively to siditools.com, whose operator, pricing and legal identity are documented on-domain on this site.
8. Transparency changelog
We continuously align our web presence with advertising and consumer-protection standards. Material changes are logged here.
