Axeon Technologies FZCO is a Free Zone Company (FZCO) registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the legal entity responsible for this website and for the sale and support of the software offered here.

2. Brands and distribution

SidiFootprint and the Sidi tool suite are marketed and distributed under the trademark “TwinPeaks | trade + educate”, which is operated by Axeon Technologies FZCO and presented at tpte.de. “SidiTools”, “Sidi Trading”, “Sidi Development” and “SidiFootprint” are product and brand names used by Axeon Technologies FZCO. All are the same responsible operator named in section 1.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases of software licenses on this website are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes on our behalf. Your payment card details are entered on Freemius’ secure checkout and are never processed or stored by us.

4. Relationship with NinjaTrader

SidiFootprint and the Sidi tool suite are independent third-party add-ons for the NinjaTrader® 8 trading platform. Both our development brand “Sidi Development” and our trademark “TwinPeaks | trade + educate” are registered partners within the NinjaTrader ecosystem, with tools listed in the NinjaTrader marketplace.

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. NinjaTrader Group, LLC is not the developer of our software and is not responsible for its content, operation or support. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
